Galley on the em² Campus
Ahoy from the galley!
Sailing is physically and mentally challenging. To keep your strength up and focus on your sailing adventure, the galley provides good food for your physical well-being. The em² Campus has an excellently equipped event kitchen with covered seating for approx. 25 people. The products used are of the best quality, preferably from the region. With consideration for the environment, we mainly use seasonal products that do not have to be transported halfway around the world and prepare them fresh for you.
Come on board and be part of the galley team!
We need your support in the galley so that we can offer the food on the em² campus as cheaply as possible. We organise the shopping and can respond to your wishes and also take into account any intolerances to certain foods. Cooking and washing-up teams are formed and the larger the galley team, the less often you will be on kitchen duty. There is even a dishwasher, so washing up is kept to a minimum.
If you don’t feel like cooking or washing up, then book the connoisseur price. It costs 10 € more and frees you from the galley work. You can book the galley with the overnight stays.
Note for all self-caterers
There will no longer be a self-catering kitchen on campus as in previous years. The kitchen tent is reserved exclusively for the galley team. For self-caterers there is a separate sink with hot water connection at the green container.
